Sometimes Rain

Children's Books - Sometimes Rain by Meg Fleming

I adore this book! It’s about the weather, the seasons and all the wonderful things kids get to do throughout the year. The illustrations are just incredible and it’s fun to read this poetic tribute and talk about winter, spring, summer and fall.

The Weather Girls

Oh my gosh this book is adorable. And so are the little weather girls that go through all the weather and seasons in a fun rhyme. They go on hot air balloons, they synchronize swim, and they climb mountains as they adventure through sun, snow and rain.

Fort Building Time

This is another fantastic book that showcases the seasons in a unique way –  how you build forts.

I love it.

In winter it’s “dog-snuggling, hot cocoa” snow fort time or spring is “rainbow finding, spaceship-drawing” outdoor forest fort time.

Your kids, or you, will want to build a fort after reading this story.

Hope you enjoy these picks! And as always,

Happy Reading,
