This is a fantastic pick from Yvette. It’s made ever more fantastic by the fact author and illustrator, Pierre Collet-Derby, will be visiting Ella Minnow on Saturday, September 30th during the Kingston Road Village Fall Festival to meet little readers and sign copies.
In this book, Barnaby is a very adorable bunny who forgets (wink wink). He can’t find his glasses, he once forgot to put the garbage in the can (and if you live in Toronto I am sure you can imagine what happened), and he forgot about a lollipop that had been in his backpack for a year! His latest bout of ‘not’ forgetting leads to a very happy surprise for Barnaby.
Great illustrations and a funny story that the Barnaby in all of us can relate to.
